40 Under 40: Erin Natoli – A Leader Shaped by Charlotte County

April 14th, 2025

Charlotte County is home to many rising leaders, and Erin Natoli from Integrity Employee Leasing is one of them. As a dedicated professional at Integrity Employee Leasing, Erin has grown into a leadership role while maintaining deep ties to the community. From her early days at Port Charlotte High School to her current role, she has demonstrated hard work, commitment, and a passion for giving back.

A Charlotte County Native with Deep Roots

Born and raised in Charlotte County, Erin’s upbringing played a significant role in shaping her values and work ethic. She attended Port Charlotte High School, where she embraced opportunities that would later guide her professional journey.

“PCHS made me very proud to not only be a Pirate but to be part of Charlotte County. There is a sense of community when people gather, something not every county has,” Erin shares.

Even in high school, she was driven, balancing school and work through on-the-job training (OJT). By her senior year, she was working two jobs, gaining valuable experience that would later contribute to her success.

A Career Built on Leadership and Hard Work

Integrity Employee Leasing has been a part of Erin’s life from an early age. Watching her father, Tom Natoli, CEO of Integrity, help build the company instilled in her a desire to contribute to its success.

“I always wanted to be part of Integrity. Seeing my father build it into what it is today made me excited and proud to learn from him,” Erin says. “Now, I get to speak with clients I met over 15 years ago.”

Erin Natoli’s journey through Integrity Employee Leasing has included roles in multiple departments, shaping her leadership style and ability to guide employees across different teams.

“Being able to provide guidance to employees, no matter the department, has shown me that I can be relied upon. I always offer a helping hand when needed, hoping to inspire others to do the same.”

Earning Her Seat at the Leadership Table

One of Erin Natoli’s most significant achievements at Integrity Employee Leasing was earning a Level X leadership designation. This biweekly leadership program allows key team members to collaborate, address challenges, and set goals.

“Being part of Level X means making decisions that impact the company as a whole. We follow four core rules: Protect the Company, Make Money, Perfect the Process, and Fly Together. Earning my seat at the table showed me that what we do truly matters.”

While her success has been impressive, it hasn’t come without challenges. As a young leader, she has faced skepticism from more experienced professionals. However, she sees this as motivation rather than an obstacle.

“Being younger means I sometimes face criticism, but I believe anyone can succeed if they have the drive and determination. I always tell new hires—experience isn’t everything. If you have the will to learn and work hard, you’ll succeed.”

Giving Back to the Community That Shaped Her

Charlotte County isn’t just where Erin built her career—it’s home. Staying and contributing to the community has always been important to her.

“Charlotte County simply feels like home. It’s a quiet, committed community, and my family is here. That’s a huge reason why I never considered leaving.”

Her passion for giving back is evident through her involvement in the Integrity Charitable Foundation. Inspired by her father’s dedication to community service, Erin has made it a priority to support local causes.

“My dad was always out helping others and contributing to local organizations. Watching him receive so much recognition for his commitment made me feel proud to participate as well.”

One of the organizations closest to her heart is the Kiwanis Club of Port Charlotte. She grew up attending Kiwanis meetings with her father, learning firsthand how business leaders can work together to support the community.

Looking Toward the Future

Professionally, Erin is on track to expand her expertise in finance by the end of 2025. She envisions taking on a larger role at Integrity Employee Leasing, ensuring continued growth for both the company and its clients.

“I love being part of the problem-solving process. We are always finding new ways to streamline what we do for our clients, and that excites me.”

Personally, 2025 is shaping up to be a milestone year. She recently purchased a home, got married, and is embracing new adventures—including raising a puppy with her husband, Patrick De Armas, who is building his career in physical therapy.

Erin encourages young professionals in Charlotte County to build connections and seek out opportunities.

“Make as many connections as you can—go to conferences, networking events, and meetings. Even if you don’t need them today, you might need them tomorrow, or they might need you.”

For high school students considering a career in business, her advice is simple: “Don’t be afraid to take the leap into a new career journey. The money will come as long as you work hard and stay committed.”
