40 Under 40 Nominations
This initiative seeks to recognize and celebrate outstanding young professionals who are making significant contributions to Charlotte County. To ensure a fair and impactful selection process, the following criteria will be used to evaluate nominees:
Eligibility
- Age: Nominees must be 44 years old or younger as of the nomination deadline.
- Residency: Nominees must work in Charlotte County, FL (extra points if they graduated High School in Charlotte County)
- Professional Achievement: Must demonstrate significant professional accomplishments or career advancements in their field.
Impact
- Community Engagement: Nominees should be actively involved in initiatives that contribute positively to the Charlotte County community.
- Innovation: Demonstrates creativity and forward-thinking approaches in their work or community involvement.
- Leadership: Must have shown leadership in their field or community, inspiring and motivating others.
Selection Process
- Judging will be based on the outlined criteria to ensure objectivity.
