Suncoast One Title & Closings Receives Excellence in Business Award

Suncoast One Title & Closings has been recognized by the Charlotte County Economic Development Office with the Excellence in Business Award. This honor celebrates the company’s leadership and longstanding commitment to community impact across Charlotte County and Southwest Florida. In addition, this award highlights the efforts made in Charlotte County Economic Development initiatives.

Founded in 2005, Suncoast One has grown from a single office to seven locations. Now, the company supports thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions each year. While the company plays a key role in regional economic activity, its impact extends far beyond business operations. This happens through a deep and consistent investment in the community.

Under the leadership of Kevin Graham, a long time Charlotte County resident and active community leader, Suncoast One has built a culture centered on service and giving back. In addition, the company contributes thousands of dollars annually to local nonprofits, schools, and youth programs. Furthermore, team members collectively volunteer thousands of hours to support community initiatives.

From company-wide food drives that mobilize offices across Southwest Florida to hands-on involvement in local leadership projects, Suncoast One continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents throughout the region. These projects benefit organizations such as the Peace River Wildlife Center.
