60-Acre ECAP Site Offers Flexible Configuration Near PGD
Located at 27550 Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda, the property is offered as 60 acres, with a 40-acre tract and adjoining 20-acre tract shown in the current aerial plan. The site is zoned Enterprise Charlotte Airport Park, or ECAP, for industrial, commercial and flex uses and is listed at $15 million, or $5.74 per square foot.
Prospective users should confirm utility capacity, rail service, permitted uses, parcel configuration, zoning conditions and development requirements during due diligence.
$44 Million Airport Expansion Strengthens Regional Access
Departure Gates 7 through 12 are now open at Punta Gorda Airport’s Bailey Terminal as work continues on an approximately $44 million terminal expansion. The project includes approximately 51,800 square feet of expansion and 22,000 square feet of renovated space, with completion expected in May 2027.
When the current phase is complete, the terminal is expected to have 12 total gates. For companies evaluating Charlotte County, PGD provides commercial service and general aviation access while continued investment expands regional transportation capacity.

SVN Commercial Partners has been selected to oversee property management and leasing at the 55-acre Port Charlotte Town Center, including the mall and buildings on its outparcels.
