Connections that help local businesses
Through Business Card Exchanges, Networking@Noon and Third Wednesday Coffee, members can meet other local professionals. Meanwhile, directory listings, referrals and opportunities to share business news help members introduce their services to the community.

Leadership beyond the workplace
The Chamber’s Leadership Charlotte program introduces participants to the people and systems that shape our county, including government, education, healthcare and social services. In addition, each class selects a community cause or project.
As a result, participants have an opportunity to put what they learn into action alongside other local leaders. Leadership Charlotte
LC26 puts $53,800 into community action
The Leadership Charlotte Class of 2026 presented $26,900 to Valerie’s House and $26,900 to the Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County, a combined $53,800. There were additional funds donated to Junior Leadership as well as an endowment fund.
According to the Chamber, the class selected two projects: a butterfly garden at Valerie’s House for grieving children and families, and kennel renovations at the Animal Welfare League. Together, these projects connect community generosity with specific local needs. LC26 class projects
