The 19,420-square-foot facility includes a 10,000-square-foot hangar, classroom space, specialized labs, and industry-standard equipment designed to prepare students for aviation maintenance careers. The project was supported by $5.75 million in state funding secured during the 2022–2024 legislative sessions.
