Babcock Ranch ranks No. 4 nationally, highlighting Southwest Florida’s residential momentum and growing business environment.

According to RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s 2026 Mid-Year Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities report, Babcock Ranch ranked No. 4 in the nation, with 659 new home sales through midyear, a 28% increase from the same period in 2025.

Babcock Ranch Ranks Among the Nation’s Top Communities

RCLCO ranked only three communities ahead of Babcock Ranch at midyear: The Villages, Lakewood Ranch and Wellen Park. Babcock Ranch also finished No. 4 nationally for all of 2025, when RCLCO recorded 1,066 sales, up 34% from 2024.

That growth has happened quickly. According to Babcock Ranch’s official awards history, the community first entered RCLCO’s national ranking at No. 39 in 2020.
